Withdraw from contract here
Online withdrawal function · Velorix SL (Relocation Centers)
If you contracted a service with Relocation Centers at a distance (online, by email, WhatsApp or phone), you can withdraw from the contract here in two steps: fill in your details, then confirm. We will email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the date and time. Contracts signed in person at our office do not carry this legal right; to cancel them, see clause 10 of the Terms of sale.
Deadline: 14 calendar days from the day the contract was concluded. If you asked us to start early, you will pay the proportional part of the service already provided (for packages, according to the milestones in your quote). A service already fully provided at your express request can no longer be withdrawn from.

Withdrawal received
We have received your withdrawal statement.
We have registered your statement, but we could not confirm that the acknowledgement email was sent. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, write to info@relocationcenters.es quoting your reference.
What happens next. We will review your request and, if the withdrawal is valid, refund the payments received without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used (clause 9 of the Terms of sale).
