For clients without Spanish payslips, or who prefer to rent before they commit (notably US & UK nationals), a regulated partner fund purchases the property and signs a notarised lease with a fixed-price purchase option for up to 7 years. A structure your firm can review and stand behind with your client.
It works both ways. When you send us a client who needs to buy or relocate, our Legal Partner Program pays you 25% of what that referred client pays Velorix — a new income line for your firm, on top of your legal fees.

After an initial period, we review volumes and conversion and agree on commercial terms together — per-referral fee or percentage-based.
