For clients without Spanish payslips, or who prefer to rent before they commit (notably US & UK nationals), a regulated partner fund purchases the property and signs a notarised lease with a fixed-price purchase option for up to 7 years. A structure your firm can review and stand behind with your client.

Earn when you refer property clients

It works both ways. When you send us a client who needs to buy or relocate, our Legal Partner Program pays you 25% of what that referred client pays Velorix — a new income line for your firm, on top of your legal fees.

Common questions

How are referrals tracked and attributed?
Each client referred by our network is registered under "Relocation Centers" in your intake system. We suggest a brief intake email protocol so there's never any ambiguity.
Is this an exclusive partnership?
No. We work with multiple partner firms and we expect the same from you. Our goal is to have a reliable, quality-first referral partner — not a locked arrangement.
How is GDPR compliance handled?
Clients are informed that their details will be shared with a partner law firm as part of the service. We do not share data without client consent.
When do commercial terms come into play?
We start on a trust-based referral basis — no fixed fees in the first few months. Once we both see volumes and conversion, we agree on terms together.
Can I offer Rent-to-Buy to my clients?
Yes — it's one of the strongest reasons firms partner with us. For clients who can't yet get a Spanish mortgage or prefer to rent first, a partner fund buys the property and rents it to them for up to 7 years with a fixed-price purchase option. You introduce the client; we run the programme end-to-end.
Will you compete with me or my clients?
Never. We don't provide legal advice and we don't keep your clients. Our real estate team works under your relationship — you stay the trusted advisor, we do the property and settlement legwork and hand the client back to you.
