For clients without Spanish payslips, or who prefer to rent before they commit (notably US & UK nationals), an institutional investor partner purchases the property and signs a notarised lease with a fixed-price purchase option for up to 7 years. A structure your firm can review and stand behind with your client.

It works both ways. When you send us a client who needs to buy or relocate, our Legal Partner Program pays you a referral fee, agreed in writing, on what that referred client pays Velorix — a new income line for your firm, on top of your legal fees.

You earn a referral fee
When you refer a client to us, you earn a referral fee, agreed in writing, on what that client pays Velorix. We track every referral together and pay it out — a clean, recurring income line on top of your legal fees.
Co-host bilingual webinars with us
We organise and promote the sessions for people considering a move to Spain — you provide the expertise. Topics can include visa planning, tax for new residents, the property buying process, and more.
