Personal Shopper to buy (3% of the purchase price + VAT, min. 6.050€ with VAT) or Rental Concierge (a fixed fee by monthly rent band, from 1.500€ + VAT, 1.815€ with VAT), each with a 500€ retainer deducted from the fee and refunded if we don't provide the service; or a bespoke quote.

Can I get my money back?
You have 14 days to withdraw, as set out in our terms of sale; if you asked us to start straight away, you only pay for the part already provided. The 500€ deposit counts toward your package: if you cancel after those 14 days, we keep only the work already done and refund the rest. Personal Shopper and Rental Concierge retainers are refunded if we don’t provide the service. Withdraw here.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or write to [email protected] and we’ll send you the details.
Are official fees included?
No. Official government fees, such as the NIE fee, are not part of our price and are paid separately.
Is paying by card safe?
Yes. Banco Sabadell emails you a secure payment button and you enter your card details on the bank’s payment page (Paycomet), never on our website.
What happens after I pay?
Our team contacts you within 1 business day to confirm the details, in your language. You receive the next steps and, when documents are needed, your personal checklist.
