Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first video consultation with a licensed lawyer is free. You leave it knowing your real options — with no obligation to continue.
What is the Beckham Law?
It's a special Spanish tax regime that can let qualifying new residents be taxed at a flat rate on Spanish income for several years. The lawyer will tell you honestly if you qualify.
Which visa is right for me?
It depends on your work, income and nationality. That's exactly what the free consultation is for — a licensed lawyer gives you a straight answer.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one honestly can: the decision belongs to the consulate or the immigration office. What we do is make sure your file is complete and consistent before you submit it — and, in the free consultation, tell you frankly if your case has weak points.
Are you a law firm or a gestoría?
No. Relocation Centers (Velorix SL) prepares and checks your file and goes with you to the appointment; you submit the application yourself. If you prefer, a licensed partner lawyer represents you and gives the legal advice — the lawyer-led option, from 1.815€.
What is not included in the price?
Official government fees, paid directly to the authorities. Other costs your visa may require — such as private health insurance, sworn translations, apostilles or documents from your home country — are paid separately. We tell you in advance about the ones we can foresee in your case.
Can my partner and children apply with me?
Yes. For the Non-Lucrative and Digital Nomad visas, each additional applicant is 1.089€ (1.100€ with the lawyer-led option). Family reunification starts at 1.100€, plus 350€ for each additional family member. All prices include VAT.
Can I change my mind after paying?
Yes. If you buy online or at a distance, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw and we refund what you paid; if you asked us to start within that period, you only pay for the part already done. After that you can still cancel in writing and pay only for the work already done. Details in our Terms of sale.
