Questions before you contact us?

What is the NIE and do I really need one?
The NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is your foreigner ID number in Spain. You need it to buy or rent a home, open a bank account, sign a work contract, buy a car or pay taxes. If you're doing anything official in Spain, you need it.
How long does it take?
Appointments are usually available within 1–2 weeks — we help you request yours and prepare your file. The appointment itself takes 30–60 minutes when your documents are properly prepared.
What's the difference between NIE and TIE?
The NIE is the number. The TIE is the physical residency card (with photo and fingerprints) that non-EU residents get. We help with both, depending on your situation.
Do I have to be present?
For the NIE/TIE appointment, yes — you (or a holder of your power of attorney) must attend in person for fingerprints and signature. We're with you the whole time.
What clients say

Real moves, real outcomes

Real clients we helped settle in Spain — the same hands-on team and process is behind every service we offer.

"After several rejections, we thought it wasn't possible. When they analysed our situation, they saw that with small adjustments there was a viable path."

"I know of others just as interested as Gio and I were. One day we'll record a video recommending the rent-to-own programme and how the team played an integral part in the whole process."

Rent-to-Own: the smarter alternative to renting from a private landlord

Long-term rentals in Spain are scarce and insecure. Our fund-backed Rent-to-Own gives you a stable home for years — with the option, never the obligation, to buy it.

Renting from a private landlord

  • Short-term security — the landlord can decline to renew
  • Can reclaim the home for personal or family use
  • Pets and children are often refused
  • Far fewer homes available to rent than to buy
  • You pay rent for years and own nothing at the end

Rent-to-Own with Relocation Centers

  • A 7-year agreement — real, long-term security
  • Backed by an investment fund, so no repossession for “personal or family use”
  • Pets and small children are welcome
  • All the legal protections of a standard rental contract
  • Many more homes for sale than for rent — so far more choice
  • Maintenance handled by the fund while you rent
  • Buying is always your choice — the price is locked in from day one
