The tax question
Yes, you can move to Spain without a tax nightmare
We are not tax advisors; we connect you with licensed cross-border US–Spain specialists and make sure it's handled from day one.
The 183-day rule
Spend more than 183 days in Spain in a calendar year and you become a Spanish tax resident on your worldwide income. Timing your move matters — we plan it with you.
The Beckham Law
New residents who qualify can pay a flat 24% on Spanish-source income up to 600.000€ for up to six years, instead of progressive rates. The Digital Nomad Visa can open this door.
Through our partner tax adviser (VAT incl.): Beckham Law application 600€ · resident income-tax return with foreign income (Modelo 100) 200€ · non-resident return (Modelo 210) 181,50€.

Why Alicante
Why Alicante works so well for Americans
Sunshine most of the year, beaches and a relaxed Mediterranean rhythm — with a modern city and an international airport.
Rent, dining and healthcare often cost less than in comparable US coastal cities — your dollars can go further here.
A large, established international community, English-speaking doctors and international schools — you're not the first American here.
How we work
From first call to settled in — a clear process
We listen to your situation on a free call or WhatsApp and tell you honestly which visa and services fit — and what they cost. No commitment, no pressure.
You get one point of contact and a written plan — visa, taxes, NIE, banking, home, schools — coordinated with our vetted partner lawyers and tax specialists. Everything in one place.
We prepare your documents and appointments with you, come with you where it counts, and stay with you until you're fully settled. You just arrive and start living.
Why Relocation Centers
A real, verifiable company — not an anonymous middleman
A REAL, VERIFIABLE COMPANY
A smarter way to live in Spain
Rent-to-Own: the smarter alternative to renting from a private landlord
Renting from a private landlord
- Short-term security — the landlord can decline to renew
- Can reclaim the home for personal or family use
- Pets and children are often refused
- You pay rent for years and own nothing at the end
Rent-to-Own with Relocation Centers
- You can buy after renting for at least 3 years, within a contract of up to 7 years
- The home is bought by an institutional investment fund
- Pets and small children are welcome
- Buying is always your choice — the price is locked in from day one
