How is this different from a normal agency?
A normal agency sells you their own listings — they work for the seller. We work only for you, search every agency's stock and have no incentive to push a particular property.
What does it cost?
Our buyer's fee is 3–4% of the purchase price. Where the seller's side pays a commission, we credit it back — so you often pay much less, or nothing extra.
Do I have to be in Spain?
No. We do the search remotely and only ask you to come for the final viewings. We can also handle the purchase with a power of attorney if you can't travel.
